Firestone Complete Auto Care

Dane and Brady were extremely friendly & helpful in diagnosing issues with my Genesis which I could not bring to the shop right away due to it not starting. They took the time to price out solutions and make some new tire recommendations as I am due for that as well. This shop has been my go to for 3 years and they do not fail to honor warranties as well. Highly recommend!

Dane was the manager that took care of us when we brought our suburban in for ac trouble. He was incredibly helpful and went way above and beyond to help us get our car back in shape and us cooled off. He was knowledge and kind and I highly recommend everyone go to the College Station/Texas Ave location and ask for him. Thanks for taking care of my family and treating us like yours!

I recently got new tires at my local Firestone, and the whole experience was seamless and easy from start to finish. The team was friendly, professional, and made the process simple. Great service, great communication, and everything was handled quickly. I’ll definitely recommend this location and will be coming back in the future.

The people here are great. I came in with an oil leak issue that was a result of work done at another Firestone location (one in San Antonio). There were extremely helpful, got the issue resolved quickly, and even apologized of behalf of the San Antonio Firestone. Highly recommend.

Kenzi, the service writer and Dane, the Manager were both very helpful with quoting me a very competitive price on 4 new tires and a lifetime Front End Alignment for my Dodge Ram 1500 pickup. They had everything in stock and when I brought it in for my appointment, they got right on it and completed it in less time than was quoted. My truck rides great, and drives straight. They even checked my spare and found dry rot on the tire so they took one of my old tires that still had good tread left and swapped it out for me at a very nominal cost. I bought the road hazard for my tires that includes free tire rotation and rebalancing. If I hit a pot hole, I can bring it to any Firestone in the country and get a free front end alignment with their lifetime alignment program. Thank you again Kenzie and Dane! I'm sending all my friends who need automotive services to see you.
